Regenerate the key set for the given identifier

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  The request context

• identifier
  Type: System.Guid

  The identifier of the keyset

• keyLength
  Type: System.Int32

  The length of the key to generate
