CreateVisualBasicManifestResourceName.CreateManifestName Method
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Returns the Visual Basic-style manifest resource name that corresponds to the specified resource file.

Parameters
fileName
Type: System.StringThe name of the resource file from which to create the Visual Basic manifest name.
linkFileName
Type: System.StringThe name of the link file.
rootNamespace
Type: System.StringThe root namespace of the resource file, typically taken from the project file. May be nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
dependentUponFileName
Type: System.StringThe file name of the parent of the resource file (usually a .vb file). May be nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
binaryStream
Type: System.IO.StreamFile contents binary stream. May be nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
Return Value
Type: System.String
The manifest resource name that corresponds to the specified resource file.
