TreeView.Top Property
Gets or sets the distance, in points, between the top edge of the TreeView and the top edge of the document.

The distance, in points, between the top edge of the TreeView and the top edge of the document.
Remarks
The TreeView.Top property uses points, whereas Control.Top property uses pixels.
You can only use the Top property of a TreeView control that is not in line with text. For more information, see Adding Controls to Office Documents at Run Time.
