Windows Movie Maker provides the following helper functions to create new property objects and collections.

Function Description
CreateTransformProperties Creates a new ITransformProperties property collection object.
CreateTransformProperty Creates a new property object with no values assigned to it.
CreateTransformPropertyByName Creates a new property object with a name and an initial value.
