You Cannot Send Messages to Another Site

This problem typically occurs when attempting to send messages to a Message Queuing computer in a different Message Queuing site. When this problem occurs, all messages sent to the Message Queuing computer in the remote Message Queuing site collect in the outgoing queue of the sending Message Queuing computer but are never actually delivered.
Diagnosis
This problem will occur if there is no routing link defined between the two sites or if a designated site gate is unavailable.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, complete the following steps to create a routing link between the two sites and define site gates for the routing link. It is recommended that you create multiple routing links between all sites for redundancy.

Follow the steps in Create Routing Links to create a routing link between the two sites.
Follow the steps in Change the Site Gates for a Routing Link to define site gates for the routing link. Verify that the defined site gate is available.
Verification
After creating routing links and defining site gates, verify that messages sent by an application in the source site are actually received by the Message Queuing computer in the remote site.
