RD Gateway Migration: Post-Migration Tasks

This topic describes the steps to be taken after the migration is complete, including running a pilot program, retiring the source server, and rolling back the deployment.

Retire the source role service servers after migration
After you complete and verify the migration, the source server can be shut down or disconnected from the network.
Restore the RD Gateway settings
In the event of migration failure, you can restore the original settings on the RD Gateway server. To restore the original settings on the RD Gateway server, retrieve the file that you exported during the preparation of the destination server.

Estimated time to complete rollback
The rollback of the role service should take less than one hour.
