Occurs if the specified file name is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or contains invalid characters such as quotes ("), less than (<), greater than (>), pipe (|), backspace (\b), null (\0), tab (\t), colon (:), asterisk(*), question mark (?), and slashes (\\, /).
