Parameters
- reader
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryReader
The XmlDictionaryReader to get the text value from.
- isAttribute
Type: System.Boolean
Specifies whether the reader is positioned on an attribute value or element content.
Remarks
If positioned on element content, this method advances the XmlDictionaryReader.
