The object where the event handler is attached.

Type: System.Windows.Input.MouseWheelEventArgs
The event data for the event.
Remarks
Because MouseWheel is a routed event, it can invoke handlers on objects other than the object that raised the event. For more information about routed events, see Events Overview for Silverlight.
