Module in diesem Lernpfad

This module introduces Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and the capabilities that are included in each solution package.

This module describes the healthcare data model that is included in the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions. The healthcare data model for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is based on the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards framework.

This module will walk you through the process of obtaining prerequisite trial licenses to deploy Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. This lab will be used in the subsequent modules in this Learning Path. The Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare is a conflux of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. To take full advantage of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solution and this Learning Path, it is recommended to have access to all three clouds. If you already have a Microsoft 365 tenant and licenses for all Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare apps, then you can skip this module and proceed to the next module in this Learning Path.

The Care Management application, as part of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, allows health organizations to view and manage their healthcare data in one place. It helps providers create, personalize, and view care plans, in addition to managing care teams, viewing clinical timelines, and acquiring health analytics.

The Patient Outreach application in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare focuses on patient campaign management, which helps you organize and automate marketing and communicate with patients. It helps healthcare providers reach out to their communities and patients in a targeted, efficient way. Providers can choose email, text, regular mail, or a combination, to provide healthcare information to specific groups of patients and community members.

In this module you will learn how to empower health team collaboration within a healthcare organization by using the Home Health application in the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. With the Home Health application, provider personnel can schedule appointments for the patient based on various factors. You can view patient information directly in context, and a guided business process flow ensures each measure is taken prior to and after booking the appointment. More information can be found at Use Home Health.

In this module, you'll explore the Azure Health Bot and discover how healthcare organizations can use it to build and deploy AI-powered, compliant, conversational healthcare experiences at scale. The Azure Health Bot combines built-in medical database with natural language capabilities to understand clinical terminology and can be easily customized to support your organization's clinical use cases. The service ensures alignment with industry compliance requirements and is privacy protected to HIPAA standards.

Provide patients with access to their health data, appointment scheduling, and information through the Patient Access portal and the Patient Service Center.

In this module, you'll learn how to configure the Virtual Clinic application as part of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. The Virtual Clinic application allows clinicians to use video conferencing to provide high-quality, personalized, and affordable consultations. Using the entire meetings platform in Microsoft Teams, providers can schedule, manage, and conduct virtual visits with patients.
