Apps werden nicht installiert, und Shellskripts werden in macOS 11.2 nicht ausgeführt

Problembeschreibung

Bei einem macOS Big Sur 11.2 treten die folgenden Probleme auf.x-basiertes Gerät:

• Apps können nicht heruntergeladen und installiert werden.
• Der App-Installationsstatus zeigt " Install Pending " im Microsoft Intune Admin Center unbegrenzt an.
• Shellskripts werden nicht ausgeführt, da der Microsoft Intune-Verwaltungs-Agent nicht erfolgreich installiert werden kann.

Notiz

Diese Probleme können sporadisch auftreten. Nicht alle macOS 11.2.x-Clients in einem Mandanten treten die Probleme auf.

Notiz

Das Vorhandensein von Fehlercode 506 und eine Installationsanforderung ist ein doppelter Eintrag im Protokoll, der Nachweis für dieses Problem ist.

Ursache

Dies ist ein bekanntes Problem in macOS 11.2.x.

Lösung

Um dieses Problem zu beheben, aktualisieren Sie das Gerät auf macOS 11.3 oder eine höhere Version.
