AddDatabase(IResourceBuilder<OracleDatabaseServerResource>, String, String)	Adds a Oracle Database database to the application model.
AddOracle(IDistributedApplicationBuilder, String, IResourceBuilder<ParameterResource>, Nullable<Int32>)	Adds a Oracle Server resource to the application model.
