Gets an object representing an AdvancedThreatProtectionResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, AdvancedThreatProtectionName) to create an AdvancedThreatProtectionResource ResourceIdentifier from its components.
