Gets a value that indicates whether or not the trigger is sealed.

Remarks
A trigger becomes sealed when its IAttachedObject.AttachTo(Microsoft.Maui.Controls.BindableObject) method is called. Once it is sealed, its EnterActions and ExitActions lists become readonly.
