Provides class handling for the PreviewTouchDown routed event that occurs when a touch presses this element.

The OnPreviewTouchDown method has no default implementation. Override OnPreviewTouchDown in a derived class to handle the PreviewTouchDown event. Be sure to call the base class' OnPreviewTouchDown method so that base classes receive the event.
