Emails from customers are automatically matched to CRM contacts. The right pane in Outlook brings contact, account, and opportunity details into the flow of work. Over the lifetime of the customer engagement, key insights such as previous and upcoming activities (email and meetings) can enrich the information available to you about this contact without navigating away.
