Print balance sheet reports in the Australian version

Use the Balance Sheet report to view the company's balance sheet. This is a legal report that is required for auditing accounts. You can use this report to view assets and liabilities.

Print a balance sheet report

1. Choose the icon, enter Balance Sheet, and then choose the relevant link.

2. On the request page, fill in the fields as described in the following table.

   Field	Description
   Show Amounts in Add. Reporting Currency	Specifies if the amounts are displayed in the additional reporting currency.

   Note

   The report's layout, including amount rounding, comes from the financial report definition that's set in the Balance Sheet Report field on the Reporting FastTab of the General Ledger Setup page.

3. Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen.
