Lead insights in real-time marketing provide a holistic view of each lead's interactions with your marketing activities. This includes access to journey engagement history, encompassing past emails sent, opens, clicks, form submissions, and other relevant data.

  • See how leads are engaging with your marketing activities and view a summary of the most important KPIs.
  • View complete details of channel interactions for a selected lead, including a list of all email, text, and push notification messages sent to them, plus lists of all opens, clicks, bounces, and more.
  • See which marketing forms the lead has visited and submitted, as well as the content of each submission.
