Accessibility

  • The Narrator and NVDA screen reader did not announce the "personalization settings" title when browsing the "more options" items within the linked records section in the Omnichannel Agent Dashboard.*
  • The Talkback screen reader did not announce the name of the "feedback" button in the Field Service mobile app.
  • When modifying recurrence settings for an existing appointment entity, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the start time combo box in the recurrence dialog.

Unified Interface

  • When performing an advanced lookup search within a filter dialog box, the search bar was unresponsive and the advanced lookup drop down was underneath the filter dialog.*
  • When creating an SLA item within a new case entity, the timer control was not present in the Customer Service Hub.*
  • In the Omnichannel Agent Dashboard, the Message icon had overlapped with the time stamp in the linked records section.*
  • A portion of the chart text within the Sales Activity Dashboard was not visible in the Sales Hub.*
  • When opening the filter views control within the Sharing panel and pressing the escape key, the sharing panel and the filter views control closed.
  • When opening a share link from any record in a new tab, the sitemap was blank.
