Admin lost access

Question

Hi , in my tenant admin use has lost access to his account and there is no one else admin in tenant. I have already a Case 2605061420001222 . Please tell me how to fix this.

No luck with the IVR. It doesn't understand anythink and I can't communicate with any person.
