I accidentally deleted my emails today and emptied the Deleted Items folder. The emails are not showing under “Recover items deleted from this folder”. I need help recovering them.

If you already emptied the Deleted Items folder and the messages are not available under “Recover items deleted from this folder”, they may have been permanently deleted.

For Outlook.com, messages removed from Deleted Items are normally recoverable for 30 days. If they are not present in Recoverable Items, Microsoft indicates that they are likely permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
