Compares two SqlBinary structures to determine whether the first is less than the second.

Returns
A SqlBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than the second instance. Otherwise False. If either instance of SqlBinary is null, the Value of the SqlBoolean will be Null.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is SqlBinary.LessThan(SqlBinary, SqlBinary)
