void ShowIcmpV6UnreachableData()
{
IPGlobalProperties ^ properties = IPGlobalProperties::GetIPGlobalProperties();
IcmpV6Statistics ^ statistics = properties->GetIcmpV6Statistics();
Console::WriteLine( " Destination Unreachables ............ Sent: {0,-10} Received: {1,-10}",
statistics->DestinationUnreachableMessagesSent,
statistics->DestinationUnreachableMessagesReceived );
}
public static void ShowIcmpV6UnreachableData ()
{
IPGlobalProperties properties = IPGlobalProperties.GetIPGlobalProperties();
IcmpV6Statistics statistics = properties.GetIcmpV6Statistics();
Console.WriteLine (" Destination Unreachables ............ Sent: {0,-10} Received: {1,-10}",
statistics.DestinationUnreachableMessagesSent, statistics.DestinationUnreachableMessagesReceived);
}
Public Shared Sub ShowIcmpV6UnreachableData()
Dim properties As IPGlobalProperties = IPGlobalProperties.GetIPGlobalProperties()
Dim statistics As IcmpV6Statistics = properties.GetIcmpV6Statistics()
Console.WriteLine(" Destination Unreachables ............ Sent: {0,-10} Received: {1,-10}", statistics.DestinationUnreachableMessagesSent, statistics.DestinationUnreachableMessagesReceived)
End Sub
Remarks
A Destination Unreachable message can be sent to the computer that is the source of a packet for any of the following reasons:
The computer cannot find a route to the destination address.
Communication with the destination address is administratively prohibited. For example, a firewall prevents delivery of packets to the destination.
The destination address is unreachable.
The destination port is unreachable. For example, there is no listener available for the packet's protocol.
