This argument is ignored for objects of this type.
Returns
true
if a custom attribute identified by the specified Type is defined; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The IsDefined method indicates whether a custom attribute identified by the specified Type is defined.
