Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using keyboard navigation, the JAWS screen reader did not announce the "set personal options" dialog title in the Customer Service Hub.
  • The Narrator and NVDA screen reader incorrectly announced "no options available" when selecting the "more options" button in the command bar of an activity entity.
  • When zoom was set to 200%, a portion of the "check access" content was not visible in the Customer Service Hub.

Platform Services

  • In the Sales Hub Dashboard, a portion of the "Check Access" control was not visible when using the maximum text font size on mobile devices.*
  • When creating a new service activity and synchchronzing with Outlook, the optional activity attendees were not present.

Unified Interface

  • After performing an initial offline sync in the Field Service app, the lookup menu did not contain any records.
  • When auto suggestion settings were enabled for the Customer field in a case form of the Customer Service admin center app, the suggestions were blank.
  • On mobile devices, when selecting multiple primary contacts in a facet for any entity, there were not records results based on the set filtered criteria.
  • When creating a new case record in the Customer Service Workspace, the search control within the productivity pane was unresponsive.

  • An error occurred when creating a table in an account entity and adding an owning team.*

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when viewing an account entity subgrid in the partial failure tab within the Sales Hub.*
  • An error occurred and column information was missing when loading a related OneGrid subgrid in an account entity.
