The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • In the Sales Hub, Narrator and the NVDA screen readers did not announce the alert message that indicates when a required fields was left blank.*
  • Screen readers did not announce the expanded or collapsed state for the 'Modified on' filter within global filters.

Unified Interface

  • When selecting an account entity in th reply plane, the browser was not redirected to the account page.
  • When selecting drop down menu options in a case record, the sort option was not displayed.
  • On mobile, after creating an offline database the offline status page would intermittently display that it was downloading when it was in a ready state.
  • When creating a new session and selecting "cancel" in the confirmation popup, the action ribbon was not visible in the case entity.
  • When creating a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) item, the 'I Acknowledged' and 'Cancel' buttons were unresponsive in the confirmation dialog.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, the conversations and individual messages tabs were overlapping with the "show email" drop down menu in an account entity.
