The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When creating a note in the timeline, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the label name for the "Create a note" text edit field.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, focus could not be applied to the profile tooltip in the contacts menu.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, at 400% zoom, focus could not be applied to scroll bars for content in the timeline.
  • The luminosity ratio of the keyboard focus indicator around the list items present under the "Order Product" tab of the "Add columns" dialog was 1.1:1 which is less than the minimum required ratio 3:1.
  • Narrator and NVDA screen reader did not announce rollup fields as required within Performance Management.
  • When creating a related document within an account entity in the Sales Hub, the related document grid was unresponsive after selecting the page navigation next arrow.*
  • When zoom was set to 200%, the "Owner name" form field in a case entity overlapped with the "open record" icon in the Customer Service Hub.*
  • When text spacing was applied via browser settings, auto-posts on the Timeline in the Customer Service Hub were truncated, rather than resized accordingly.
  • When zoom was set from 150% to 200%, the "More Commands" button was overlapping with the "Value dropdown" icon.*

Unified Interface

  • When viewing the recent items section in the sitemap, there was no scrollbar present.*
  • In a Business Process Flow, after creating a record, stage description text was cut off when the stage flyout was pinned.
  • When navigating back to a grid page from an Account Table edit form, the advanced filter flyout was opened.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, column width would revert regardless of changes after multiple grid refreshes.
  • When opening any email record that contained an image attachment in the timeline, the image was not displayed. *

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when navigating to a form that contained a PCF control, in offline mode.*
  • An error occurred when selecting an article from a Knowledge Search and in the Customer Service Hub.*
  • An error occurred when performing a Knowledge Search and using the asterisk (*) character.*
  • An error occurred when creating a new condition in the filters panel for any entity, and selecting the "In fiscal period and year" , "In or after fiscal period" , or "In or before fiscal period" operator options.*
