Problems with a Microsoft service or with Partner Center itself
The following articles provide information on filing and following up on tickets:
Create tickets for all Partner Center programs. If necessary, you can collect and send diagnostics to Partner Support to help speed-up resolution of your issue.
Provide support to your customers and report problems on their behalf.
Schedule a support appointment if you have low availability or a complex issue.
Check service health to see if there are any current known service outages in Partner Center.
Get automated service notifications through Partner Center APIs (for Cloud Solution Providers).
Security vulnerability reporting
As a Microsoft Partner, if you should have a potential security incident to report, the method of reporting is to contact Microsoft through msrc.microsoft.com/report, which allows you to create a report.
