Name (Role Interface)

  This feature will be removed in the next version of Microsoft SQL Server. Do not use this feature in new development work, and modify applications that currently use this feature as soon as possible.

The Name property of the Role interface contains the name of the role object.

Applies To:clsCubeRole, clsDatabaseRole, clsMiningModelRole

Example

Use the following code to set a role object name:

RoleObject.Name = "Sales and Marketing"
