Agent provisioning
On-premises application access for agents
Windows 365 for Agents will support access to on-premises applications for agents that use cloud-only identities. Admins can configure connectivity to on-premises resources, enabling agents to securely access line-of-business applications and services from their Cloud PCs. This capability helps organizations automate workflows using agents without modernizing their legacy applications.
Cloud PC agent pools
Device grouping and Intune Autopilot device preparation profiles for Windows 365 for Agents
Windows 365 for Agents will support device grouping and Microsoft Intune Autopilot device preparation profiles during agent pool creation. Admins will be able to assign a device preparation profile to agent pools or specify a Microsoft Entra group for provisioned Cloud PCs. These capabilities help simplify application deployment, policy targeting, and device management for agent environments.
Security
Secure baseline for agents
Windows 365 for Agents will support a dedicated security baseline in Microsoft Intune. Admins can apply the baseline to agent environments to help configure recommended security settings and establish a consistent security posture. This capability helps organizations simplify security management and protect agent workloads at scale.
