IShellImageData::IsDecoded method (shimgdata.h)
Determines whether the image has been decoded by calling IShellImageData::Decode. Many operations return a failure code if the image is not first decoded.
Syntax
HRESULT IsDecoded();
Return value
Type: HRESULT
Returns one of the following:
