IVMDVDDrive::DeviceNumber property

[Windows Virtual PC is no longer available for use as of Windows 8. Instead, use the Hyper-V WMI provider (V2).]

Retrieves the device number to which this drive is attached.

This property is read-only.

Syntax

HRESULT get_DeviceNumber(
  [out, retval] long *vmDeviceNumber
);

Property value

The device number. For example, on an IDE bus, this value would represent either the primary or secondary location.
