    Hi IsaiahMarcotte-6782,

Some malware disguises itself as MSKSSRV.sys, particularly when not located in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder. Therefore, you should check the MSKSSRV.sys process on your PC to see if it is a threat. The legitimate MSKSSRV.sys is not a threat and is Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy is a kernel mode driver.Stopping it and starting it again may help the situation.

I hope this answers your question.

    Thanks.

This is not important issue, and it is working fine, and you may ignore this message.
You may also try open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub file a report and share a screenshot of the issue.

I just discovered that I also have the mskssrv file that is marked 'degraded'. I was just looking through my PC Health System list and there it was under 'drivers'

Im not so computer savvy anymore so, it's more difficult to know what to do with this. I do know in my Device Manager I have had some drivers that are missing. I have no idea why, or even if they are supposed to be missing.

I think I will take a screenshot of those as well. I did read far enough to know this MSKSSRV is a driver that is 'degraded'. So maybe the problems are related.

I think i will forward on to the Feedback Hub as well.

The only thing I do know that is not working on my laptop is one of the USB ports, Im supposed to have two.
