Cannot start sandbox of Azure chalenge

Question

When I try to start the sandbox, I get the error:
Group email address is not supported

what to do?

For the sandbox in Microsoft Learn, you cannot use Work or School Accounts. Please use Microsoft account eg: Hotmail or Outlook.

i forgot to say, I am trying this on the ' Microsoft Ignite Azure Apps & Infrastructure Challenge' of the ignite.
that is the only lab I can not complete
