Connection problem Microsoft Authenicator

Can anyone please help me? I am habing Issues with my Microsoft Authenticator App.

I Do have Internet connection (Actually I can use any App but Microsoft Authenticator)
I have Enough Space in my device.
I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the App a few times now.
I Reboot my phone

I have used WiFi and and Mobile Data. But I keep recieving an Internet Coneection Error...

Please help... I use Authenticartor for Everything...

    I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the App a few times now

    May have been fatal. You can restore from backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

    You can recover your account credentials from your cloud account, but you must first make sure that the account you're recovering doesn't exist in the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, if you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app. This check is important so we can be sure we're not overwriting or erasing an existing account by mistake.

    Hello there,

    You can try the following suggestions to see if it is working.

    1. Restart the device and try again.
    2. Try change the network to see if the result is different? For example, if we use WIFI. change it to mobile connection to see if it is working
    3. Try to remove the account in Authenticator and try again to see if there's any different.
