How to change the format/ look of my folders pane in Outlook

Hello,

I accidently did something that changed the look/ format of my folders in Outlook. It seems I changed it to some older format. Before the folders did not show an actually folder (see picture), but only text.

Can anyone help how to change it back?

    According to your description, i notice that you want to change the Folder Pane to the Mail Pane as shown in the below figure, right?

    If so, we just need to click on the "Mail" icon in the lower left corner.
