Merge two tables without refreshing one in Excel Power Query

I am loading two tables into Power Query in Excel. One is a large SQL based table, the other a small worksheet based table. I currently append the worksheet based table to the SQL table in order to manually add a few lines to the dataset.

However, now everytime we add a line to the worksheet and refresh, it restarts downloading the full SQL based database, taking about 30 minutes. Is it possible to add the data without refreshing the large SQL database?
