In My Outlook Email i received get in Plain text format also after do setting as HTML

i use Outlook 2019 64 Bit Account

and my email id configured as POP with ZOHO Hosting

i check in zoho web mail it showing fine as HTML

but in my outlook email get as plain rich format

also i check and Done HTML Settings default in outlook.

but issue is same.

    Does this issue occur with all received emails?

    And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

    As i know, when you enable the "Read all standard mail in plain text" option, the issue will occur. Please check and confirm the option is not selected via File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Email Security:
