How to configure Receive Relay Connector

I am using Exchange 2013.

I need to create a receive connector for the relay inside the organization. I created a relay connector using article [https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/21640.steps-to-configure-relay-in-exchange-2013.aspx

But I don't know how to create restrictions. I need emails sent through this connector to have only certain e-mail addresses in the From field. And emails sent through this connector could only be sent to the specified e-mail addresses.

    Thats not possible. The only restrictions you can set per connector would be the sending IP addresses of the clients, not by the email address and redirecting with a transport rule.
