One of our old computers died and when we logged into outlook on a new laptop the sent items folders are completely different from other laptops we use. In fact it shows sent items from September and older. We can't see October-Present on the new machine.

Any ideas on how to sync up the sent items folder on the new laptop?

    Hi @Travco Inc ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the type of your account? (IMAP/Exchange/POP)

We can't see October-Present on the new machine.

Have emails from October to the present been sent on the old computer or on the new computer?

If they were sent in old computer, in order to further confirm if the emails in the Sent folder from October to date actually exist, please log in to Web mail to check if they are shown in Sent Items folder.

If they were sent in new computer, please check if you enable the "Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder" option and "When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder" option.

    Hope the above help!
