Excel Office Add-In can't check Certificate Revocation List via LDap

I'm working on an Excel Add-In and when I try to hit an internal https API, I get a prompt in Excel stating "Revocation Information for the security certificate for this site is not available, Do you want to proceed?"

I've confirmed that the CRL does in fact work via "certutil".

My guess is that it is due to LDAP and needing to pass my credentials?

Any idea how I can configure this so the prompt doesn't appear?
