Month over Month variance Power Pivot

Question

Hi I am using Power Pivot for a revenue table with customers down the left and 24 months along the top. I am looking for guidance on how to add a MoM measurement just for the current month over the previous month (similar to a calculated field in a regular pivot table) This will be a new column on the right of the table Thanks in advance.
