OneNote change shortcuts | in the official page is false (PROBLEM)

Question

YOU SAY IN THE OFFICIAL PAGE THE SHORTCUTS OF "ONENOTE WINDOWS DESKTOP" BUT IS FALSE !!!!

Some shortcut that I use always in all apps is:

• BOLD FONT (Ctr + B)
• Select all items on the current page (Ctrl + A)

In the official page say that this is the shortcuts but is false!!! When I use Bold font I have to use Ctrl + N and when i use "select all items" I have to use Ctrl + E (when I put Ctr + A, Onenote go to "Archive"...)

I want to use Ctrl + B and Ctrl + A, like what you say in the official page, what can I do?

PD: My version of Onenote is 2212 and I use Onenote PC desktop app.

Does this issue occur with other Office desktop apps, such as Word?

• Please check the keyboard layout. As the following image says, Keys for other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a US keyboard.

• You may also check the input language keyboard when editing notbooks. Please swithch to English (US keyboard) to check this issue.

• Then I suggest you update OneNote to the newest version via clicking File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
