The "Get External Data" MSAccess wizard keeps a list of every SharePoint site you ever used to link to in the "Specify a SharePoint site" list.

How can I clean this list?

This is particulary important if I need to distribute the Access database to external parties.

    Hi @Víctor ,

Currently no settings can be found to directly remove old SharePoint site url in the "Specify a SharePoint site" list.

I packaged my database file and sent it to others, he can see the old SharePoint site urls list I browsed.

You are right. Distributing the Access database to external parties would reveal these old SharePoint site urls.

You could make your suggestion in this feedback portal to improve user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support.
