Hi,
where do I find all Exchange email attributes of a user / group (Exchange Hybrid)? I want to remove them from specific users / groups via Powershell. I know Disable-Mailuser but I want to keep the ExtensionAttributes.

You may consider running
Get-Aduser -identity <username> -Properties * | Export-csv C:\temp\output.csvagainst both a mail enabled user and a mail disabled user, then compare the output. -

Maybe using Disable-Mailuser and saving extensionAttributes before...
