Are there any changes in azure DDOS protection plans? I can't seem to find documentations about how to enable basic and standard plans. First time using it, there are articles related to basic and standard plans but when I got the pricing page it is different now.

Yes - had to do some digging myself!
Its been renamed to: Network Protection!
"The existing standard SKU of Azure DDoS Protection will now be known as Network Protection. "
"Billing for IP Protection will be effective starting February 1, 2023." which is why the pricing has changed.
