HI All,
One of my domain user used domain account to login into Laptop. When he try to run the Micrsoft Outlook 365 app in WIndows 10. He automatically log out from outlook and Windows 10. same time. I did the follwoing things. Update Office, Update windows, Try to create user other name profile in outlook but the problem still their. Please suggest me the solution as soon as possible. Thank you expertds in advance

Outlook and Windows 10 Sign out
Could you try to clarify it a bit more about the issue symptom? Is there any error message when this occurs?
Especially by "log out from Outlook", are you referring to the Office account below? If yes, how about other Office applications like Excel or Word?
HI @Yuki Sun-MSFT. No erroe message comes. When i try to open the Outlook365 from my desktop. I will Sign out from my Windows 10 automatically. I have to sign in again in Windows 10. If i do not run/open the Outlook 365 nothing will happened. My Windows running well.
Hi @Yuki Sun-MSFT thank you for the feedback. No error message comes. When i try to run outlook 365 from desktop. After some times. Suddenly logout from windows 10. Than i have to login again in my Windows 10 account. If i am not try to run outlook nothing will happened. Windows 10 run normally.

What it creating a new Outlook profile but configuring a different email account into it? Will the same issue be reproduced?
Besides, it's also suggested to perform an Online Repair of Office suite and check the result.

Just wondering how things are going on with this issue. Have you had a chance to try the Online repair and see if there would be any difference?
