Can you please provide more details on your issue?
- Are you using a Azure VM or an Azure VMWare?
- From where are you trying to ping this VM?
- From OnPrem or from a different VM in the same VNet?
- If from OnPrem, are you using VPN or Internet to reach to Azure VM?
