Outlook continues to prompt for credentials

While I was successful in adding my Gmail to my Outlook, it now prompts me for my credentials and account verification every time outlook starts up.
Steps:

  1. I've checked Credential Manager, however, I was unsure as to what the credential should appear as.
  2. I've started Outlook as administrator (this fixed another issue where my school account continued to prompt for credentials), however, did not resolve the Gmail issue.

Gmail Account Settings:

Type: IMAP/SMTP

Port: 993

I believe there is another ticket that closely targets this issue, however, I was unable to determine if that was the case. Assistance is appreciated!

    Hi @Garrison Geho ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

And does this issue occur with other account except Gmail account?

Considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
