I have been trying to get Intune configured for a couple of days, and I have set up all the certifications need to do so such as the Apple MDM certificate. However, when I try to assign applications to any device in my portal nothing shows up even after waiting for an hour. Does anyone have any suggestions?

For now, I have only tried assigning Microsoft 365 office apps for a MacOS device and Windows 10 device.

@Charles McClure Thanks for your update.

1.Did you add device or user group under "required" assignment? Or add user group under "Available for enrolled devices" assignment?

2.If you add user group under "Available for enrolled devices" assignment, please install Microsoft 365 office apps in the company portal app in the device.

3.Then please check if there are two directories appearing in the Program Files directory. (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 15). And there are some steps to troubleshoot.
